A vet with a dog
Dr. Andrea KB, Veterinarian/Owner

When I was a small child, my family escaped Chezchlokovia due to the Russian invasion. We made Kansas our new home. In 1988, I graduated from KSU in veterinary medicine. In 2012, John and I opened Kennedy’s Animal Clinic in Raytown. In 2023, we opened a second location in Lee’s Summit called KB Animal Clinic. It’s been an incredible journey filled with the highs of many life-saving surgeries and medical interventions. It also has had the lows of pet loss due to tragedy and father time. The ability to deal with both is how we can create more light in this world.

She then obtained her Masters of Social Work in Child and Family Therapy from the University of Kansas in Lawrence, KS.
